How to request a return
It is possible to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order by following the procedure outlined below.
1) Log in to your account and consult your order history by clicking on the appropriate icon on the website, using the link in the order confirmation email, or by logging in directly from this link.
2) Enter the same email address used for your order and type the authentication code you will receive via email into the appropriate field.
3) Select the relevant order and click on "Request return".
4) Select the product you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return. Finally, click the “Request return” button.
5) After submitting the request, a confirmation message will be displayed stating "Return request submitted".
6) Our team will review the request and email you the return shipping instructions.
