Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time before the bank or credit card company processes and makes the refund visible.
